But prima facie, it must be stressed that delicate and dangerous operations like carrying out an excavation close to a pipeline carrying highly inflammable substances should not be left to operators of heavy earth moving machinery, but must be closely supervised by responsible and qualified personnel.

Safety consciousness must start at the top. A cavalier attitude towards safety and cutting of corners in such matters is a sure invitation for disaster. It is matter of providence that this incident did not result in a loss of life. Next time, one may not have the same degree of luck.

It is unfortunate that India is a country rife with caste differences and inequities, and thus not, overtly or covertly, affected with the grimaces of the world. There is a talk abut inclusive growth which gives no solace to the downtrodden at large, who being uneducated are ignorant about the complexity of its meaning, as the same statement is not enacted into action, which deems to be a total paradox, in lieu of practical application.

Inclusive growth can be a reality, if we work in tandem to improve our own lot by being diligent and conscious through nuances of life. We should be aware of malefactors, who are hell-bent to disrupt our tenor of gracious living, without any malicious intent. Therefore, what the government can execute to assuage the plight of the common man is to enact stringent laws against those vile perpetrators. They should earnestly request the people to work in unison for the betterment of the country, although the solution seems to be improbable on all counts, as avarice and greed takes overall precedence over welfare and justified means.

I can add that the government should not act in a compulsive and authoritarian way. We live in a democracy and abide by the rules laid down before us by our own Constitution. Thus, the government should comply with exigencies. It is because of the domineering governments that the world is erupting into a frenzy to bring forth democracy and not dictatorship as witnessed at the time of Jasmine Revolution that took place in Tunisian Republic. The revolution erupted after a trader Muhammad Bonazizi immolated himself due to impounding of his wares and ill-treatment meted on him by a female municipal worker for which people revolted and subsequently ousted the ruler Zine Al Abidine Ben Ali who fled the country.

Take the instance of Hosni Mubarak, who also is collaterally ousted with his assets remaining frozen after an uprising erupted at Tahrir Square. It is to be recalled that democracy and dictatorship are the tools of dominance utilised to capitalise in any given situation, and to make the matters worse United States of America are having elections every quadrennium, with not chance for the incumbent President to contest the third time around, but yet here in India, we allow the incumbents to contest perennially.

The reason is that we are governed by some old fossils instead of bringing some educated and capable young entities well versed with modernity and intricacies of life. However, this exercise may sound good on paper, but it is in total futility, as Indians are acclimatised to follow their leaders. Whatever they enact is well accepted by the populace without any whimper, unless the political factions out of their own.

For India, I fail to understand the grand wisdom of Sardar Vallabhai Patel and Indira Gandhi who being socialists, abolished the kingdoms of the Rajas to incorporate them to make India a whole. It is to be said that the Rajas could have been tyrannical or benevolent, as the word democracy was non-existent then, although there were no narrated grievances found in the books from the subjects either.

The Maharajas or Rajas did govern their own respective fiefdoms from the fixed and established laws and as of now, India does require that type of rule if it wants to progress further in the ambit of comfort zone. India is still far behind in reasoning that the world is changing for the better and those old dogmas and traditions are the things of the past. Though they should be preserved for posterity, it cannot create a hindrance to usher the modernity per se where everyone selfishly works for their own betterment and not otherwise.

Nevertheless in India, the cheapest commodity, which is inflation proof and which is encountered everywhere is talk, without any substance or conviction to that gabber fest. People talk for the sake of talking, never even visualising that instead of talking and castigating the government, they can capitalise on their resources to bring forth the much awaited inclusive growth which is a necessity and not a paradox. We cannot become prisoners of eddies, we should master the tides, otherwise in lieu of being swans in the lake, we will be more known as the hobbled ducks.

We, in India, can have a plethora of intellectual entities ruling the country, but we are still arrested within our own infirmities and acknowledging the foibles as being our own, thus how long we live with those feelings of dread when dishonesty is ruling our psyche of foreboding? With scams becoming emergent for the public awareness we should retrospect to salvage whatever is left of our dignity and find the easy way out.

I concur that Indians, are not supine by nature, although we opt for the easy way out by being apathetic to the virulent maelstroms that are occurring more often than not. Although it can be expressed that Indians do not waste any strength to put it on constant display never mind the conditions that they are subjected to, as we have learnt to live coping between the good and the worse.

God willing, it cannot further worsen the creepy feeling of doom as we are facing the nadir of ignominy. However, it can be said that whichever governments that are co-ordinating our future and ruling the country, cannot take overall people for granted as civil explosion will grope its way in and bring out the unlimited worse from human beings. Thus whatever is happening in Arab and the Left world will reverse back to India with soaring tide to engulf all the Indians and leave the country in tatters.

Do we want that or should we guide collaterally all our efforts to being about that inclusive growth as oracled by the government? Who is she? Poonam Pandey? Where is she? That is the question doing the rounds today. The name has become a house-hold name overnight, and all for the wrong reasons.

India won the finals and Poonam Pandey did the disappearing act. But unfortunately, she says she will keep up her commitment. Not that anyone was interested in the act. In the beginning, it seemed more like a publicity stunt.

Made one wonder how low one can stoop to get a bit of publicity. But now that she is committed to the act, God save us. Can nudity be considered as an incentive for better performance on the field? Was this one of the reasons that India lifted the World Cup? Well, we will never know the answer. She said her nudity can have a therapeutic effect on the team whatever that meant. Nothing could be more absurd. To me it sounds more like a distraction to the players.

Probably the only person who would know the effect it has had on the players would be the team Psychologist. Fortunately, Argentina was knocked out of the World Cup and we were saved the blushes. But then it must be said that there is a world of difference between the cultures of Argentina and India. Obviously, there was an outrage in the country with a PIL being filed against the model.

Did Poonam ever give a thought to the feelings of the wives and girlfriends of the cricketers while making such an announcement? The game of cricket does not even need scantily clad cheerleaders to promote the game. One saw the grounds filled to the brim during the World Cup matches and there were no cheerleaders around gyrating to the music. But then these cheerleaders have resurfaced during the IPLtournament. It must be said that the game of cricket is followed by people of all ages including children.

The announcement by the model can have a bad psychological effect on young impressionable minds. She says that we were born nude. Does it mean that we have to move around covered only by a fig leaf? She says there is no vulgarity in nudity.

Well, well she sounds more like the renowned painter M F Hussain. She also said that she prayed to God that she will go nude if India wins the World Cup. What kind of prayer is this? Poonam Pandey should restrict her nudity to the Bollywood scenes and not drag it to sports.

We could do without it. We need to concentrate on a good game like cricket and would do without such distractions. If Poonam has forgotten about her commitment probably no one will feel the need to remind her.

The tanks of petroleum, oil etc. The road diggers should have been provided a map of layouts of such highly hazardous contents. They should have been equipped with at least minimum fire control material in an emergency. That there was no supervision by any responsible person, is apparent. Mostly, the digging is done by illiterate workers for whom safety and precaution is neither a concern, priority or a responsibility.

The contractors cannot be absolved of their duties. It was just a miracle that the damage was limited to vehicles and minor casualties to a few men. Otherwise, it could have. Satisfying the request of the General Administration we will publish on some other day the price list of the essential commodities consumed by the populace. This is the same Dr Gomes who had made several statements in the past that come what may, he would never withdraw from the race. It appears that the cold feed that he has developed, can be attributed to inducements offered by his opponents. We, people from Benaulim, feel very much let down by these people who had assured to make a change to the political scene in Goa.

Rope in youth power Jerry Fernandes, Saligao Though the Congress party has been ruling for the past so many years, it has been selling Goa for a price and doing absolutely nothing in terms of development, employment, etc. The Congress has been the most indisciplined political party in the history of Goa.

This makes the job of the Opposition much easier. The reason for this mess is because of the arrogant Central leadership. The Congress should get rid of the anti-Congress elements and rope in youth power. This year the full moon day was on 17 April and the previous full moon day was on the 19 March.

Since observance of Good Friday oscillates wildly during a lengthy period of 31 days, it would have prudent on the part of the church to decide on the observance of Good Friday on a Friday that falls during the first week of April. The incident in Zuari Industries, Zuarinagar, should serve as a final eye-opener to all Goans and especially the leaders of Vasco and its people.

This periodic noise is never backed by action. Tanks belonging to Indian Oil Corporation were supposed to move to Zuarinagar, but both places are carrying out businesses in full swing. It is said that the ammonia plant was not in operation; otherwise the loss of property would have been monumental. A fire like the one which occurred yesterday that charred 39 vehicles can happen anywhere as the pipeline passes through densely populated areas of Vasco. What would happen if any incident occurs at the controversial ammonia tank where thousands of people live?

Safety of human life should be accorded top priority in such matters. Making a noise sans any action can prove to be very detrimental, or are we waiting for a fatal tragedy to occur? Big scale corruption is ongoing in Candolim, property of ancestors have been sold through illegal means by forging signatures of relatives, we are planning to come out and demonstrate on the streets, crying for justice, for further details please contact the undersigned.

I fully support the Khariwadocars for their genuine cause. The bold and determined people of Khariavaddo brought down the MPT and the corrupt Congress government to their knees. I humbly appeal to the people of Cortalim, Agassaim, Corlim, Ribandar and Porvorim to be united like the Khariwadocars and fight the corrupt Congress government when they come to annex land for the national highway expansion.

The government can still save the houses of the true Goans by taking the highways through the hinterlands. FORCE on back foot? The parents demand to know the next action plan as no fresh deadline has been set. Parents have been repeatedly subjected to the same rhetoric at the rallies. Parents cannot afford to wait. It seems to be a mystery as to why FORCE is always on the back foot and not surging ahead in spite of the momentum created by the agitation.

They are useless and lack courage even after 50 years since the Portuguese left Goa. They came on the pretext of liberating Goa but made it their permanent base. If Lawrence Fernandes goes on a fast unto death, then I am sure people will definitely be with him. Why this disparity? It is understood that in order to increase the number of passengers on its return trip, a part of the booking of the tickets has been handed over to a private party from Bangalore. But the problem is that the first several seats of the bus are reserved for those who book with the private party.

Those who book through KTC counter get the last seats. This needs to be changed. Those who book at the KTC counter should be given the first preference and the remaining tickets should be handed to the private party. Try this remedy! Certain people belonging to the upper caste majority community feel that it is their birthright to dominate others.

If at all the government succumbs to the pressure exerted by the aforesaid groups, then they should take heed to my suggestion and not allow any English medium school to run, both existing and new. We must give equal opportunities to all children from the economically weaker or affluent sections of society.

Though not the first to analyse dreams, he has become perhaps one of the most well known pioneers in the field of dream analysis. He was a self-described natural scientist, not a theoretical psychologist. For Jung, this salient distinction revolved around his initial process of deep observation followed by categorisations rather than the reverse process of imagining what categories exist and then proceeding to seek for proof of and then discover that one was correct, always correct.

He considered the process of individuation necessary for a person to become whole. This is a psychological process of integrating the opposites including the conscious with the unconscious while still maintaining their relative autonomy. Individuation was the central concept of analytical psychology. He then added a stone which he had painted into upper and lower halves and hid the case in the attic.

Periodically, he would come back to the mannequin, often bringing tiny sheets of paper with messages inscribed on them in his own secret language. This ceremonial act, he later reflected, brought him a feeling of inner peace. Source Wikipedia. Editor-in-chief: Mr R F Fernandes. Tel: , , Fax: all Editorial ; , Fax: Advertising ; Margao: With Government setting up a five member committee to draft a Jan Lok Pal Bill, the veteran social activist Anna Hazare called off his fast-unto-death and historic legislation is expected to be introduced in the ensuing monsoon session of the Parliament.

The bill will be drafted by a committee chaired by Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee and will also comprise five members of the civil society represented by Hazare. The Joint Drafting Committee is expected to complete its work by June Hazare has set August 15 as the deadline. There are several issues which will have to be taken into consideration.

A bill prepared by the society seeks to place Lok Pal above the prime minister, defence authorities and even judges eventually making Lokpal a superior authority over the agencies like CBI, Central Vigilance Commissioner and vigilance wings of different Government departments. The Jan Lokpal Bill drafted by Justice Santosh HegadeLokayukta Karnataka, Advocate Prashant Bhushan and Magsaysay award winner Arvind Kejariwal has suggested that a committee of eminent non-government persons including persons like Magsaysay award winners be formed for selection of Lokpal.

The Jan Lokpal should have powers to investigate and prosecute the guilty with time limit of one year for enquiry and one year for prosecution. Besides, the Jan Lok Pal bill also provides for the confiscation and attachment of property of the accused to recover loss due to corruption. It also seeks to make it mandatory for government servants to declare their properties.

At present, CBI has powers to register FIRs against the accused but it is not independent and is at the mercy of the ruling party. Whereas the Central Vigilance Commissioner is an independent body, but it has no powers and functions merely as an advisory body.

In addition to the above two agencies, there are Vigilance wings of other departments like Income Tax and Central Excise but they are controlled by the respective department heads. CVC cannot direct CBI to initiate enquiries against any officer of the level of Joint Secretary and above on its own, because it has to seek the permission of that department.

Similarly, it does not have powers to register a criminal case. Also, CBI does not have the powers over politicians. There are several cases of serious corruption in which officials and political executives are involved together. The civil society has come out with several suggestions which could put a tab on politicians and government officials involving in corruption.

However, some of the provisions suggested by the society are apparently extra-constitutional. However, the civil society has demanded that Lokpal should have powers to initiate investigations suo moto in any case, and also to directly entertain complaints from the public. The government wishes to make Lokpal an advisory body. In the case of cabinet ministers, the competent authority is the Prime Minister.

However, according to the civil society, in the coalition era, no action would be initiated against the PM or any MP of the ruling party. For example, if there were such a Lokpal today and if Lokpal made a recommendation to the PM to prosecute A Raja or a report is made against the PM or any MP of the ruling party, will the house ever pass a resolution to prosecute the PM or the ruling party MP? As such, Jan Lokpal Bill suggests that Lokpal should have the powers to initiate prosecution against any one after completion of investigations, in any case.

Besides Lokpal should also have powers to order disciplinary proceedings against any government servant. The society is of the opinion that a part of the CBI dealing with cases of corruption, should be merged into Lokpal so that there is just one effective and independent body to take action against corruption. Hazare and his supporters are of the opinion that Lokpal should have jurisdiction against MPs, ministers, PM, Government officials, judges, CVC and the entire vigilance machinery of government should be merged into Lokpal.

However, the civil society is of the opinion that the selection committee should comprise members with judicial background, Chief Election Commissioner, Comptroller and Auditor General of India and international awardees like Nobel prize winners and Magsaysay awardees of Indian origin to ensure a detailed transparent and participatory selection process. Lokpal should have powers to investigate any case against PM even if it is related to foreign affairs, security and defence, the society feels.

However, the Government is against such freedom being given to Lokpal. The society is of the opinion that in any case of corruption, the investigations should be completed within one year and the trial should get over within the next one year.

Besides, Lokpal should have the powers to impose financial penalties on guilty officers and they should be made to pay compensation to the complainant. The loss caused to the government due to corruption should be recovered from all accused. Besides, punishment for corruption which is minimum 6 months and maximum 7 years should be enhanced to minimum 5 years and maximum of life imprisonment, the society feels.

In view of the attacks against RTI activists and others, Lokpal should have powers to provide protection to such whistleblowers. At present, CBI does not accept cases where amount of alleged fraud is around Rs 1 crore. Therefore, the financial limit for amount of corruption should be Rs and above and not Rs10 lakh, the civil society has demanded. The efforts made by Hazare to weed out corruption are laudable, but they will be practicable only if agencies like CBI, CVC and the vigilance wings are merged.

It is to be seen how Jan Lok Pal Bill fits into the constitutional set up. There is some good news for farmers -- the country is expected to receive normal monsoon rains for the second consecutive year. The LPA is the average rainfall. However, weather scientists said that some pockets of the country, particularly the food bowl northwestern region could experience deficit rains. Shiney maintained in the appeal that even after the victim testified under oath that neither rape nor sexual intercourse took place between them, still the lower court held him guilty.

Observing that India cannot progress without educating its youths, Union Minister Kapil Sibal today said political parties, civil society and media must reach a consensus for formulation of policies to take forward higher education in the country. There was a serious need to promote higher education in the country given the fact that the Gross Enrollment Ratio GER in the universities in the country stood at only 14 per cent as against a minimum of 50 per cent GER in the developed countries, Sibal said.

It was only by ensuring improvement in the GER in the universities that a country can produce intellectual property and generate the real wealth, he observed. The country needs 40, to. Our country cannot make progress without providing education to its youths, particularly at the university level and for this political parties, civil society and the media need to rise beyond 'politics' for formulation of the national higher education policy.

GER from the present figure of 15 million to 45 million by that period, he said. He said it was not possible on the part of the Centre to fund the required infrastructure for higher education given the resources at its disposal, Sibal also advocated public-private partnership in this sector. He expressed concern at the shortage of teaching staff in the universities and colleges and said the varsities should run post-graduate and doctoral courses to produce teachers.

Sibal was also concerned with lack of quality education in certain universities and colleges in the country and said in order to address the issue, the HRD ministry has created a National Knowledge Network NKN under which the students of a particular university can attend classes in another university or college on the internet.

Sibal hailed the UPA government for its efforts to promote higher education in the country and said that the Centre was working tirelessly to improve education sector from primary to university level. Laos has deferred decision on erecting in the first dam on the lower Mekong River in face of strong opposition from neighboring countries including its closest ally, Vietnam. Syria has vowed to suppress an "armed revolt" undermining security in the country as protests spread and demonstrators clamoured for more democratic reforms.

The interior ministry issued the warning as thousands of protesters dug in at a main square in the central city of Homs, vowing to stay put until their demands are met. It accused such groups of killing soldiers, policemen and civilians, and of attacking public and private property, and warned that "their terrorist activities will not be tolerated". The authorities "will act with determination to impose security and stability in the country" and will "pursue the terrorists wherever they are in order to bring them to justice and end the armed revolt", it said.

The ministry called on people to "name the places where the terrorists and suspects are and not to allow them to live among them". Activists reported that more than 20, demonstrators erected tents in the main square of Homs a day after 11 people were killed by security forces in the city and a nearby town during a day of massive nationwide protest.

Syria has been rocked by deadly demonstrations since Saturday when President Bashar al-Assad vowed to lift nearly five decades of draconian emergency law -- a promise activists say is not enough. The protesters put up tents in the square, copying demonstrators in Egypt who forced out veteran president Hosni Mubarak in February after 18 days of protests in Cairo's emblematic Tahrir Square.

The lapse not only cost the controller his job, but a suspension also for his frontline manager and an unending embarrassment for the Federal Aviation Administration FAA , which had to take action last week after five personnel were found sleeping on the job. For a little more than three minutes, the controller's microphone was activated, transmitting the audio of the crime thriller 'Cleaner' to all the planes in the airspace that the controller was supposed to be monitoring, the federal agency said.

It said the controller's microphone got struck, preventing him from hearing incoming calls or issuing instructions to the aircraft during the incident. Demanding an end to the American drone attacks in the restive tribal belt, Premier Yousuf Raza Gilani has said Pakistan was trying to secure the spy plane technology from the US and seeking enhanced intelligence-sharing so that it can act on its own against militants. Gilani raised the issue of drone strikes with a visiting Congressional delegation led by Speaker of the US House of Representatives, John Boehner, and said American lawmakers should influence the Obama administration to agree on a joint strategy under which drone technology could be transferred to Pakistan.

Addressing the National Assembly or lower house of Parliament after his meeting with Boehner yesterday, Gilani said he had told the US delegation about growing unrest among the public due to the missile strikes by the CIA-operated spy planes. The war against terror is Pakistan's own war, which it will fight to eliminate an enemy that is posing a serious threat to the country, he added.

Gilani said the US should pass on credible information to Pakistan's intelligence set-up and the country would itself take action against terrorists on its soil. Though Pakistan publicly opposes the US drone strikes in its tribal belt, analysts say there is a tacit understanding between the two countries on the attacks that have resulted in the elimi-. Fidel Castro confirmed he had resigned from the top leadership of the Cuba Communist Party in an article published today, after the party approved a draft of economic reforms.

Castro, 84, had served as first secretary in the Central Committee of the party -which underpins the country's Communist government -since the party's creation in Fidel said he had handed over the functions of the party head to Raul when he ceded power to his brother because of his own declining health in , though he retained the first secretary title.

The move came after the sixth Communist Party Congress approved a flurry of measures yesterday aimed at keeping Cuba's centrally planned economy from collapse but without any broad embrace of market-oriented economic change. The changes inject a modicum of the free market into the island's economy ahead of a vote today expected to officially relieve year-old Castro of his position as party head after more than four decades.

The 1, delegates gathered in Havana for the fourday party congress approved some economic proposals and elected a new central committee leadership. Indian-American physician Siddhartha Mukherjee's acclaimed book on cancer, 'The Emperor of All Maladies: A Biography of Cancer,' has won the prestigious Pulitzer prize in the general non-fiction category.

Many of the measures have already been adopted over the past year, with the Congress now formally approving them. Results of the voting on leadership term limits will be presented today, when Fidel, who ceded power to his brother when he fell ill in , would be finally, officially replaced as party chief.

Raul, who turns 80 on June 3, likely would officially become the party's new first secretary. Raul Castro said on Saturday that he backed political term limits of 10 years at most for the top leadership spots, in a country he and his brother have led for more than five decades. Focus will also be on the party's number two position, which, could possibly signal the direction of eventual transfer of power in the years to come.

Raul has rejected broader market-minded reforms like those adopted by China, saying they would be "in open contradiction to the essence of socialism Nigeria's electoral commission today officially declared President Goodluck Jonathan winner of the country's presidential election, as riots erupted in the largely Muslim north with people protesting the poll results.

Jega said the incumbent president won by more than ten million vote margin and had enough spread of votes in the country's 36 states to avoid a runoff. INEC had earlier made election statistics public through an emailed press release but Nigeria's constitution mandates the chairman to make a public declaration which must be followed by. The vote count showed Jonathan, a Christian from the southern oil-producing Niger Delta, had beaten Muhammadu Buhari, a former military ruler from the north.

Jonathan, 64, received Meanwhile, youths protesting Jonathan's victory killed several people and torched churches,. Anti-riot policemen were deployed in the streets as protesters hit some northern states alleging rigging. Observers, however, have called the poll the fairest in decades in Africa's most populous nation. The Nigerian Red Cross said churches, mosques and homes had been burnt in rioting across the north and many people had been killed, but it was impossible to give a toll for now.

Police has vowed to arrest demonstrators. In Kano state, residence of the ex-speaker of the lower parliament known as house of repre s e n t a t i v e s , G h a l i U m a r Na'Abba, was burnt down by the protesting youth. Angry protesters set tyres ablaze and barricaded streets even as anti-riot policemen tried. Though Davis was freed after over two million dollars was paid as "blood money" to the families of the dead men, ties between the two spy agencies are yet to be restored to an even keel and this has affected the CIA's drone campaign.

In an apparent reference to the episode involving Davis, Gilani told Parliament that he had told Speaker Boehner that the relationships between the two countries should not be held hostage by a "single incident". He also insisted that drone attacks cannot resolve the issue of extremism and political support is needed to address it.

Responding to the opposition's criticism of drone strikes, Gilani said his government would not compromise on national interests. The result is an astonishingly lucid and eloquent chronicle of a disease humans have lived with—and perished from—for more than 5, years.

It is time they introspected to ascertain whether they have gone wrong by not being open to reason. They should also ask whether Modi would really mind their criticism, when these are coming dime a dozen from various quarters across the country.

A person claiming to have some information about the incident said that this APSC is a casteist group hell bent on slamming other castes, particularly Brahmins. How can one allow these people to spread hatred? I reasoned with him and asked whether one could stop such activities by force.

The only way you can counter these people is by challenging them to debate. On the social front, Hinduism promotes liberal values. If people criticise Brahminism, inquire why they are doing so. If they criticise Brahmins, give them the reason why they should not. There is no need to suffer from persecution complex from either side.

RocketReach has given us a great place to start. Our workflow has solid direction now - we have a process in place the begins with RocketReach and ends with huge contact lists for our sales team.. We can divert our attention to actually going after the customer now! Great for building a list of leads. I loved the ability to determine personal emails from virtually anyone on the web with RocketReach.

I was assigned a project recently that regarded public relations, partnership, and outreach responsibilities and RocketReach not only connected me to prospective individuals but allowed me to streamline my search approach on the basis of location, skill set, and keyword.

Prior to RocketReach, we would reach out to people through professional networking sites like Linkedln. But it was frustrating for us to have to wait for people to accept our connection requests if they accepted them at all and sending is too expensive.. With the shear number of contacts we've been able to find using RocketReach, the platform has probably saved us nearly five years' worth of waiting.

It's the best, most effective email search engine I've used yet, and I've tried a few. Both in the scope of the searches, and in the number of accurate emails found, I find it surpasses others. I also like the layout, which is easy on the eye, more attractive and efficient. The bottom line is that it has been a effective tool in my work, as a non-profit reaching out to leadership. We could do without it. We need to concentrate on a good game like cricket and would do without such distractions.

They should have been equipped with at least minimum fire control material in an emergency. That there was no supervision by any responsible person, is apparent.

Flower, who has been on a holiday after England were knocked out in the quarter-finals of the ODI World Cup, has been noncommittal about his future. After the Ashes series, Flower had said that "personally I don't look much further forward than a few months".

The main thing I love about Andy is he is honest. He is a good human being. There are no politics. He just wants to win. Any decision he makes is because he thinks it gives England the best chance of winning. That is really important. The other thing is he backs his players per cent.
